Prices

At Grønhøj Strand Camping, we reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the prices without prior consent. Reservations are also made for out-of-stock items.

Payment

All prices on Grønhøj Strand Camping’s webshop are stated including VAT and taxes. Which payment cards and other payment options we accept will appear in the webshop at all times. The payment will be debited from your account when the order has been placed. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Grønhøj Strand Camping complies with NETS’ guidelines for internet shopping, which means that you as a consumer are at least as well off as when you pay with your payment card in your local supermarket.

Ordering and collection of goods in the store

You can order goods in the webshop until 20:00 on the day before collection. It is not possible to order goods for collection on the same day. When ordering, you choose your desired collection day. All bread ordered is baked in the morning and is ready for collection from 8.00 the next morning. An order confirmation/receipt will be sent to your email after the order has been completed. Please bring this with you when collecting your goods.

The goods must be collected from the shop at Grønhøj Strand Camping between 8.00 and 12.00 on the date for which the goods have been ordered.

We store your goods for 6 hours after the earliest possible collection time). If you do not collect your goods within 6 hours, we are not obliged to deliver the goods, but you will still be charged the full amount for the order.

Right of complaint

Should you unexpectedly receive a product that does not meet the specified standard, or otherwise has a defect, please contact Grønhøj Strand Camping as soon as possible – either in person at the store, or via e-mail at info@gronhoj-strand-camping.dk or phone +45 98 88 44 33.

Right of withdrawal

Grønhøj Strand Camping offers the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act.

However, no right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of foodstuffs and goods for the household, including foodstuffs, as the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act does not apply to the delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Complaints can also be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution and/or the Consumer Complaints Board. Read more at www.forbrug.dk .

The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
