Nice and airy birkes with oat flakes and flaxseed. Lovely crunchy topping of wheat kernels and linseed. Wholemeal and crispy.

Ingredients

WHEAT FLOUR, water, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring), 5% yellow and brown linseeds, OAT FLAKES, yeast, sugar, EGG YOLK ( added salt), stabilizer (pectins), salt, emulsifier (mono- and diacetyltartaric esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), dextrose. color (ammonia caramel), whey powder (MILK), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid). May contain traces of ALMOND, HAZELNUTS and PECAN NUTS
