Beautiful, authentic craftsman roll. Soft and slightly crumbly, as well as thin, crispy crust, covered with blue birches.
Ingredients
WHEAT FLOUR, water, birch seeds, yeast, salt, sugar, dextrose, emulsifier (mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid). contains 2.5g of dietary fiber per 100g. May contain traces of EGGS, SOY AND SESAME SEEDS.
