WHEAT FLOUR, water, SESAME SEEDS 5%, linseed 5%, durum WHEAT KERNELS 3%, RYE KERNELS 3%, RYE FLOUR, WHEAT FLAKES, sunflower seeds 2%, yeast, salt, BARLEY MALT, sugar, emulsifier (mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids ), dextrose, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), stabilizer (guar gum).   ALLERGENS: Gluten-containing cereal products, sesame seeds. May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk and walnuts.
