A classic Danish White bread baked from wheat flour and sourdough and sprinkled with blue birch. The bread is baked in a stone oven, but the recipe is composed so that the bread retains its classic characteristics with a thin, crispy crust and a dense, soft crumb.

May contain traces of sesame seeds and walnuts.
