Durum bread is baked in a stone oven with durum wheat flour, which gives the bread a more golden color and adds more flavor than ordinary wheat. The bread is light and airy with a crispy crust, and the combination of durum wheat flour, common wheat flour and sourdough gives the bread extra character and a really good taste.

Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, water, DUMP WHEAT FLOUR 24%, 2% dried sourdough (fermented RYE FLOUR, salt), salt with added iodine, yeast, sugar, emulsifier (vegetable E472e), dextrose, WHEAT MALT FLOUR, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of sesame seeds and walnuts.
